Participation of Non-receptor Src-Family Tyrosine Kinases in the Formation of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps

چکیده
Neutrophils release decondensed nuclear chromatin or Neutrophil Extracellular Traps (NETs) in response to a great number of physiological and pharmacological stimuli. However, apart from the host defensive function, NETs play an essential role pathogenesis various autoimmune, inflammatory, malignant diseases. Therefore, understanding molecular mechanisms formation, usually leading neutrophil death (NETosis), is important control probable aberrant excessive release. The Src-family kinases (Src-kinases) are non-receptor tyrosine that involved variety human functions. their NETosis oxidative burst has not been sufficiently studied. Since three representatives Src-kinases (Hck, Fgr, Lyn) have described neutrophils, we studied contribution using inhibitory analysis. We shown induced by calcium ionophore A23187 but mimetic diacylglycerol phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate (PMA).

Tau interacts with src-family non-receptor tyrosine kinases.
Tau and other microtubule-associated proteins promote the assembly and stabilization of neuronal microtubules. While each microtubule-associated protein has distinct properties, their in vivo roles remain largely unknown. Tau is important in neurite outgrowth and axonal development. Recently, we showed that the amino-terminal region of tau, which is not involved in microtubule interactions, is ...
متن کاملRole of MicroRNAs in BCG Therapy by the Induction of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps in Bladder Cancer
The treatment of bladder cancer is usually performed by Bacillus Calmette-Guerin (BCG) instillation. BCG therapy is a common therapeutic method with fewer side effects compared with chemotherapy, radiotherapy, etc. BCG can also inhibit the progression and recurrence of bladder cancer by inducing apoptosis pathways, arrest cell cycle, autophagy, and neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) formatio...
متن کاملInhibition of SRC family kinases and receptor tyrosine kinases by dasatinib: possible combinations in solid tumors.
Dasatinib is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that targets a wide variety of tyrosine kinases implicated in the pathophysiology of several neoplasias. Among the most sensitive dasatinib targets are ABL, the SRC family kinases (SRC, LCK, HCK, FYN, YES, FGR, BLK, LYN, and FRK), and the receptor tyrosine kinases c-KIT, platelet-derived growth factor receptor (PDGFR) α and β, discoidin do...
متن کاملTyrosine phosphorylation and regulation of the AMPA receptor by SRC family tyrosine kinases.
Phosphorylation of AMPA receptors is a major mechanism for the regulation of receptor function and underlies several forms of synaptic plasticity in the CNS. Although serine and threonine phosphorylation of AMPA receptors has been well studied, the potential role of tyrosine phosphorylation of AMPA receptors has not been investigated. Here, we show that the GluR2 subunit of AMPA receptors is ty...
متن کاملNeutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) - formation and implications.
Neutrophils are cells of the immune system which freely circulate in blood vessels and are recruited to the inflammation sites when the human organism responds to microbial infections. One of the mechanisms of neutrophil action is the formation of neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs) The process of NET generation, called netosis, is a specific type of cell death, different from necrosis and ap...
